Albury Cougars Representative Coaches

2020
The Albury Basketball Association Board and Coaching Committee would like to thank those individuals who applied for a Representative Coaching role for the 2020 season. Without the support of all the individuals who volunteer to be involved, the Association could not provide such a fantastic program for our young athletes.

The Association has for a number of years now, had a fantastic number of experienced and well qualified coaches nominate for the limited number of coaching positions that become available. It is a reminder to us all and a refection of the strength in our development programs and the level of coaching in our domestic competitions.

Albury Basketball would like to thank all those who applied for the 2020 coaching positions and congratulate the following on their successful appointment.

Girls – Age Group Lead Coach

        • Under 12 – David Blakemore
        • Under 14 – Matt Whitfield
        • Under 16 – Shane Strang
        • Under 18 – Craig Robinson

Boys – Age Group Lead Coach

        • Under 12 – Bec Hall
        • Under 14 – Clinton Lowe
        • Under 16 – Peter Bauerle
        • Under 18 – Andrew Harris
In addition to the above appointments the following applicants will be offered coaching roles consistent with their nominated preferences as we move closer to the Representative Season.

          • Maxine Babinski
          • Brett Biles
          • Carla McFaull
          • Andrew Thomas
          • Lisa Maginnity

We also anticipate having more teams than the number of coaching applications received thus far but as with other years we expect and look forward to further applications once the final Representative Squads are named and parents make themselves available based on selections.

We are looking forward to another successful Representative Season.
